Individual therapy sessions are delivered via secure, HIPAA compliant, online platform. Individual sessions are 55 minutes. Intake appointments will typically last 90 mins to 2 hours. Whether using insurance or private pay, applicable fees or copays are due at time of service.

In Network Insurance

I am In Network with Cigna.

I also accept United Health Care and Aetna insurances via an online therapy service called Alma, please contact me directly to verify insurance coverage. Insurance rates are dictated by each individual insurance contract, please contact me to verify the reimbursement rate your insurance requires you to pay if you are needing to satisfy a deductible prior to insurance kicking in.

Private Pay and Out of Network

My private pay fees are as follows:

$135.00 for 55 min individual therapy appointment.

$165.00 for a 90min to 2hr intake appointment.

Out of Network: For clients with all other insurances, out on network coverage may be an option. Some clients may occasionally receive partial reimbursement of their session fee if they submit documentation to their insurance company for an Out Of Network claim. Please contact your insurer to ask them if they provide Out of Network coverage.
